We are a small group of committed Christians who have been meeting together since 2015.  Most of us were from large, well-established and respected churches with the typical worship services and programs, but something was missing. We longed to be fed directly from the Word, one book at a time, instead of trendy, topical series. We enjoyed the music, but often felt more like we were being entertained or attending a concert. So, we do things a little different. For starters, we place our teaching at the beginning of the service because we believe God's Word should be front and center, and we teach expositorily, book by book, verse by verse. We also believe that singing should be an expression and reflection of what we just learned so we follow up the teaching with a mix of praise and worship songs and hymns. Finally, we believe that prayer is an important part of worship so we conclude our service by sharing prayer requests and praying for one another. 

We are an independent Bible church which means we have no formal association with any denomination or fellowship. However, theologically we align with most evangelical churches. Many of our members formerly attended churches associated with the Grace Brethren Fellowship of Churches (now called Charis Fellowship), and one of our pastors graduated from Grace Theological Seminary and spent nearly 20 years ministering in that fellowship. Other members have been associated with a variety of Bible believing churches of different denominations and fellowships. What unites us is our common believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior and the absolute inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of God's Word.
